Pondering these things in my heart ...

I am a writer, not "published," but a writer. It all started when my mother gave me a "diary" for my tenth birthday. She told me to write my thoughts and prayers in it. I have been keeping a diary/journal ever since. I have written so much, that I have a trunk filled with journals! There are several books in me waiting for God's "kairos" time to manifest. Some day, I will publish ... for now, I will just put my thoughts, a tiny taste of what I see Jesus doing in the lives of those I meet by His design ... Writer, not published. I find this interesting. I am thinking that the nature of publishing has now been so radically changed by the world wide web, that YOU ARE PUBLISHED. You may not have written so as to be "in print." Or, you may not have written something that has been copywritten, but your words written in this medium, posted in a place accessible to virtually the entire world, would seem to me to be "published." Write, and they will read. The Lord is doing a mighty work through you. Isaiah 55:8 says, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' declares the Lord." The word of the Lord will be disseminated - His way... whether "published" or not.
