Psalm 33:15...He fashions their hearts individually; He considers all their works.
Psalm 139 ... "O Lord, You have examined my heart and You know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! I can never escape from Your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence!
If I go up to Heaven, You are there; if I go down to the grave, You are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there Your hand will guide me, and Your strength will support me. I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night— but even in darkness I cannot hide from You. To You the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are the same to You.
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank You for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in Your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.
How precious are Your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, You are still with me! ...
Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends You, and lead me along the path of everlasting life."

Health Matters!
We at Individually Fashioned believe that good health matters!
Therefore, we highly recommend personal quiet time, proper diet, weight management, daily exercise, and rest, be your first order for healthy living.
Let's start with a good night's sleep. Did you know that the proper amount of sleep provides the body, mind and spirit with renewal and restoration? When we choose to turn off the cell phone, laptop, and/or television, we are choosing rest and renewal for our body, mind and spirit.
Another basic addition to our health is Walking!
It is loaded with benefits:
Improved circulation, increased metabolism, production of new cells, 'happy' endorphins. Walking also helps to build bone. If able, start with a minimum of 20 minutes a day. If not, start with 5; then increase to 10 and so on ... If you wait 20 minutes after your meal and exercise 20 minutes, you will burn twice the calories. This increases your metabolism. Hence, walking every day promotes many benefits for you and your well-being. I highly recommend purchasing a Fitbit Charge HR to track your steps, sleep, and BPM (beats per minute) throughout each day. The heart association recommends 10,000 steps a day. If you have trouble getting those steps in during rainy or snowy weather, walk while listening to a favourite program,. Or call family or friends to catch up. You'll be surprised how quickly those steps add up!
Rebounding is a great alternative for those who find walking difficult. I have been rebounding since 1985 when my husband bought a mini trampoline for me in hopes that it would help my circulation (varicosities since age 15).
Rebounding does wonders for me. I've used a combo of walking and rebounding for years. I also use it as an easy way to "add" to my daily steps. Click here for a list of 33 benefits to Rebounding.
If your life requires a lot of travel, pack a jump rope in your suitcase ... 10 minutes a day is all that's needed to keep your engine running well. As you develop your skills jumping forwards, include jumping backwards too for it greatly enhances correct posture.
Stretching, swimming and water exercise decrease arthritic and back pain. If you are unable to do a lot of exercises due to a low back pain, building the core is still necessary.
Try the Abdoer Twist Beginner stretches which enable the user to build the core without having to do sit-ups or similar exercises that could re-injure the low back. You can purchase the Abdoer Twist used; or order a new one on: Amazon Smile Abdoer Twist
Delete alcohol* and smoking (marijuana** included), all known to cause cancer.* Our body needs oxygen! Smoking robs the body of oxygen! Hence, stop smoking cigarettes. Decrease sugars. (Did you know that sugar acts like glue in your system, gumming up the works? It is also believed to cause inflammation which causes pain, and dementia! And most recently, cancer is known to feed off of sugar!) I have discovered a plant called Stevia. It comes granulated, or you can try it in liquid form: Sweet Drops
Watch the SODIUM - 1500 mg. a day is allowed. Read the labels! Most processed foods are way over this allowance. There is sodium in many foods - even eggs, a good source of protein has a modest 60 mg. of sodium. Increase potassium. 4700 mg. of potassium needed each day! Some yogurts are high in potassium. Coconut water is high in potassium. These can be easily consumed in a smoothie. Potassium balances with the Sodium - it's like a dance! If you've had too much sodium, drink lots of water, eat a banana, tomato, prunes, etc. Best advice ... don't eat out, don't eat frozen meals, soups, etc. Even delicious Costco rotisserie chickens are injected with SODIUM! Hence, do your own cooking w/organic, non-GMO real food.
Lowering, and keeping your weight down provides many benefits:
It lowers the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Keeping your weight in check can also lower the risk of many different cancers, including breast, colon, kidney, pancreas, and esophagus. Keeping your weight down also lessens the strain on your feet, ankles, knees and hip joints. Every pound you lose takes 4 pounds of pressure off the knees. For most, every 5 lbs. you lose, drops your blood pressure too. For your convenience, click here:
Add colour to your meals with fruits and vegetables:
Green, Red,Purple,Blue, Orange, and Yellow!
Oatmeal every day will lower your cholesterol. Add flax, and chia seeds to it for Omega-3. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water throughout the day will also increase regularity, prevent dehydration and decrease wrinkles.
These are just a few common sense principles available for living a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. We encourage you to begin anew ...it's never too late to start treating yourself well!
I also highly recommend "Isotonix" supplements*** especially OPC-3 anti-oxidants each day for prevention of illness! To learn more, click here: OPC-3. Now in my 70's, I take Opc-3 & Multivitamin 50+ daily. OPC-3 is an amazing anti-oxidant! Before discovering it in 2007, I was plagued with repeated sinus infections that required 2 rounds of Levaquin to knock it out; only to get sick again a week later! It was never-ending! A friend recommended that I try OPC-3 and I've had amazing health ever since! I recommend it for all ages. If you're under 50, along with the OPC-3, I suggest adding the
Isotonix Multivitamin, Advanced B, and/or Calcium Plus - 4-pack.
If you're over 50, I recommend switching to "Isotonix Multivitamin Fifty Plus"
May God bless you in every way! .
Expecting great things for you,
Betty Jordan

[*** Isotonic Video
Isotonic means “same pressure,” bears the same chemical resemblance of the body’s blood, plasma and tears. All fluids in the body have a certain concentration, referred to as osmotic pressure. The body’s common osmotic pressure, which is isotonic, allows a consistent maintenance of body tissues. In order for a substance to be absorbed and used in the body’s metabolism, it must be transported in an isotonic state.
Isotonix dietary supplements are delivered in an isotonic solution. This means that the body has less work to do in obtaining maximum absorption. The isotonic state of the suspension allows nutrients to pass directly into the small intestine and be rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream. With Isotonix products, little nutritive value is lost, making the absorption of nutrients highly efficient while delivering maximum results.]

Counseling Recommendations:
Betty is one of the most compassionate and loving individuals I know. For years, she has encouraged, inspired, and helped keep me on the path to fulfilling my destiny and purpose. Each session I spend with her, I leave feeling like I have more clarity, courage, and the drive to take on the challenges this life sometimes brings. With her spirit of joy and love, I leave feeling like a ton of bricks has been lifted from my shoulders. Her insight and depth of wisdom are astonishing. Elizabeth Marie's deep relationship with God is the key element that allows her to see and touch parts of your soul not many can. She is one who knows how to listen and also ask the kind of questions that cut straight and direct to the problem or question that may be stumbling you. She also knows how to empower the individual she is counseling so at the end of each session YOU feel like the one who can take any mountain. Her personality is engaging and her outlook is always positive and intelligent. With all of this that I have personally experienced in relationship with Elizabeth Marie it is hard to believe that she is anything but highly effective in helping people focus, move forward, and improve in their life, relationships, dreams and goals. Combo: Coaching & Prayer Counseling
I have known Betty for over 8 years now, and she has always been an encouragement in my life. Recently while going through a frustrating season with work and school, I contacted her to help me get some positive direction. I was ready to quit my job; which I could not afford to do, and I was feeling so hopeless about my future. My friends would confront me about being negative, and I realized that I needed to stop wandering around aimlessly, and do something positive for myself. Elizabeth Marie suggested that we work through the life coach sessions and I began to see an immediate change in my life.
I started to form a vision in my mind and heart for the things that I want to accomplish in life and how to become the woman I want to be. The greatest thing I have learned through this all is that I need to take care of myself. By learning how to see myself as a valuable person with goals and gifts to offer others, I’ve gained the confidence that I am worth taking care of. I have had friends comment on the positive changes they see in me, and now I am excited and hopeful about what the future has to offer. Kristine Ferreira, College Student, Waitress, CA
A new client’s first impression: At first, I was hesitant. I am not known to open up easily. However, you made me feel so comfortable that I found myself very relaxed and surprisingly able to go to those deep places that had been hidden in my heart for decades. Thank you so much. K. O., High School Counselor
Wedding Officiant
We love weddings! Our wedding vows are individually fashioned. Just as no two couples are exactly alike, our wedding ceremonies are not exactly alike either.
In order to create your individually fashioned wedding vows, we will schedule an appointment to get to know each other.
Speaking with both of you, I will receive insight into who you are and what you prefer. We will also discuss marriage, both the joys and the challenges you will face. After meeting with you, I will then compose a ceremony that reflects your love for each other in a very special way.
Fees vary depending on the number of days; and the amount of travel. I've had the joy of doing weddings in Monterey, known for it's beautiful beaches and ocean views; all the way up to the awesome lakes, rivers and forests of the High Sierra in Northern California.
This wedding was overlooking the Stanislaus River in the middle of January!
Whether you want a fairytale wedding in a beautiful church or an intimate wedding on your back porch overlooking the forest, I will blend in with your theme.
More than one couple has chosen to walk to the edge of a lake, overlooking a river, or down to the beach for a simple intimate ceremony.
We've even done a "biker" wedding in denim and a leather jacket on the edge of a beautiful lake in the High Sierra!
It's all about the two of you! We'll have a lovely time as you step into your future together.
Premarital and marriage counseling are also a part of our service. I look forward to meeting you and sharing in your special day!
Grace upon grace,
E.. M.. "Betty" Jordan
